Our goal at Eastern Imports is 100% customer satisfaction, but when a problem does arise we want your shopping experience to be as simple and painless as possible. Below are several suggestions on how to return parts that aren't needed or do not fit the application of your vehicle. How to get the right part

These are actions we suggest all consumers take prior to and during any online/mail/phone order transaction.

  • If you are unsure if the part is correct for your vehicle PLEASE call one of our friendly sales team before ordering. We will be more than happy to assist you in the process of eliminating the possibility of receiving the wrong part.
  • Please make certain of the year of your car. If there is any question, please look at your state automobile registration form, your title or have your VIN number readily available.
  • Please inspect all items when you receive them. All warranty periods begin on the date of shipment.
  • Please CAREFULLY inspect items prior to installation. This includes prior to delivering them to a third party for installation. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to install. Be sure to compare our part to the one you are replacing. All we ask is that you return the part in a resalable condition.
  • Research installation procedures. Be sure you know the proper steps to take before installing the part.

Basic Return Policy and Warranty

Items sold by Eastern Imports honor all manufacturer warranties and can be returned without hassle for the first thirty days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product PLEASE contact us to arrange a return. We will refund your money and we pay all shipping. If you are experiencing a problem with a part after installation please call one of our sales associates. Please have your original invoice number and vehicle information available for any questions that may arise.

Most of our product is warrantied for a minimum of one year. Some products offer lifetime warranties depending on the brand of the product.

OE Fit and Form

There is nothing more frustrating than ordering a part only to find out that it won't fit your car. You can rest assured that all the parts we carry will fit the vehicles that they are listed for. Eastern Imports Inc. does all the research for you. If a product does not fit the vehicle that it is listed for, Eastern Imports will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part and we will pay for return shipping. It's just another way that Eastern Imports puts the satisfaction of our customers first and foremost.

Incorrect Item Received

If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, please call us toll free at 800-438-0431 or use our online contact form. If the part was cataloged, boxed, or picked incorrectly we will promptly refund all charges or exchange the item at no additional cost.

No longer want or need an item:

Should you determine that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition you may return it to us within 60 days of the original purchase date (excludes special ordered items). Please contact us first to arrange the return. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund.

Damage from shipping or non-receipt of a shipment:

If you receive your order and notice that the package has been damaged by the carrier or the package has been opened please make the carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDX) notate that you received the package damaged. Please call us upon receipt so that we can analyze the situation and get you taken care of as quickly as possible.

Product in stock will ship the same day up to 4:00pm EST. The freight carrier can be your choice as we give you freight rates at the point of purchase. International orders may vary in freight rates depending on the delivery address of the package. All delivery times are dependent on the freight carrier and are considered approximate by the carriers standards. Overnight or Air freight requests will guarantee delivery times. We can assure you that we will prioritize every order with a goal of same day shipping unless otherwise communicated with you.
